BASIC FORMULA
This products are supplied in 284
gram releasable bags sealed in an outside vacuum pack.
This breaks down to:
95 servings at 1 tsp or approximately 3 grams. (2x
per day) To check some problems
189 servings at ½ tsp or approximately 1.5 grams. ( 2x per day) Good maintenance level
378 servings at ¼ tsp or approximately .75 gram. ( 2x per day) If you are
very healthy
Mega doses for particular problems are recommended.
For best results take 2 heaping tsp two times a day.
I take two heaping tsp everyday and more if I am feeling bad. I take much more if I feel a cold coming on.
